At GA-DE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive an authorized Return Label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
